Featured Craft for Kids: Valentine’s Day Sensory Bin
This Valentine’s Day Sensory Bin is such a great way for kids to explore different textures. If you’ve never created a sensory bin for your child, you’re missing out! The great thing about these bins is that all the items are contained to one area. This means kids have a chance to really engage their senses without creating a massive mess for you to clean up later!
For this particular bin, Kristen used a variety of ingredients found in the kitchen and pantry. The combination of red and white, along with the feathers, create the perfect Valentine’s Day visual experience. The different textures of the ingredients engage the touch sense. When your child is done playing with the bin, cleanup is simple. Of course, you can always put the lid back on and reuse the bin for another day of play. Head over to Baby Giveaways Galore and learn how to make this bin, then stick around and check out all her other sensory bins!
