Pin The Nose On Gru: Print a fun picture of Gru’s face, cut the nose out and let kids have fun playing a game of Pin the Nose On Gru. This is great for teaching toddlers and preschoolers about directions and space!
Toilet Paper Roll Minions: This tutorial on Crafty Morning is great and one of the easiest Despicable Me activities for toddlers. Using leftover toilet paper rolls, yellow construction paper and some markers makes this a fun easy project to make with your little ones. They will have fun cutting, glueing and decorating these.
Make Minion Bracelets: Grab some (affiliate link) yellow or blue yarn, a few brightly colored yellow and blue pony beads and if possible minion charms from your craft store. Let kids play with putting the beads on the yarn to create their very own minion bracelet. This is great for hand eye coordination, as well as learning colors and patterns.
Make Minion Footprints: This fun tutorial on Glued To My Crafts Blog shows how you can paint the bottoms of your kids feet with yellow and blue paint to create a fun minion footprint. A little permanent marker and some glued on googly eyes makes this a fun activity.
Make Minion Bananas: Grab some blue (affiliate link) washi tape, a permanent marker and let kids help you wrap a banana with a little blue tape to create the minion overalls. Use markers to draw eyes onto the bananas for a fun treat and craft in one. Great for parties!

We love despicable me and the minions. We recently did a Minions scavenger hunt and my toddler LOVED it he had a blast with the older kiddos looking for everything!
