Daddy’s Home is an upcoming comedy movie that is due in theaters on Christmas Day- December 25, 2015. The film was directed by Sean Anders and John Morris, written by Brian Burns and will be released in theaters by Paramount Pictures. Daddy’s Home began initial photography on the film in New Orleans on November 17, 2014. On November 24th and 25th, cast and crew shot scenes in New Orleans at the Edward Hynes Charter School. Filming wrapped up February 6, 2015, after filming scenes in the Lakeview area of Louisiana on January 12, 2015, and a scene was filmed on January 21, 2015, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, during the game that featured the New Orleans Pelicans and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Daddy’s Home is rated PG-13 for crude sexual humor, language, and brief drug material, with a runtime of 1 hour and 36 minutes. The movie is centered on the life of Brad, a radio executive, who wants to be the best stepfather to his wife’s kids. However, things get rather complicated when their biological father, Dusty, comes back into their lives.
Daddy’s Home Movie Trivia:
There is a scene in the movie where Will Ferrell’s character, Brad, is hitting one of the cheerleaders with a basketball, which rather quickly surfaced on sites like Vine and YouTube. The scene was shot during halftime of an actual basketball games in New Orleans between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Los Angeles Lakers.
The role of Dusty was originally cast by Vince Vaughn until the role went to Mark Wahlberg.
Ed Helms was supposed to play the role of Brad, which instead went to Will Ferrell. Also, Ferrell was cast to play Dusty.

I’m surprised that I haven’t heard about this movie until now, but it looks like it will be a really funny movie that resonates with a lot of families, especially if they have stepparents, or had one growing up.
I’ve seen this, it looks cool and funny movie and I like the trailer, It would be perfect for me and my family, we love watching funny movies.
I think it’s nice that they were picked for the movie. They make a good combo! This would be a fun movie to watch with the family.
